We are loving summer!

IT has been so warm this summer!! Everybody down here says it actually hasn't been as hot this summer as is usually is so I am grateful for that! Despite the heat we are trying to get out and try new things.

One of our favorite parts about moving around so much is exploring and finding fun new things to do. There are quite a few things to do down here if you just look around and don't mind driving a little bit :)

A couple weekends ago we went camping. It was so much fun! I love that my kids like camping so much and get so excited to go and sleep in the tent. We went fishing and while we were up there and it was pretty fun. The kids didn't last a way long time cuz they were tired but they still liked it. Jacie was so excited to catch her own fish on her pink princess pole!

This last weekend we had no plans and Sat morning Trav had the idea to go to Lake Mead and play around in the water. It was so much fun! IT was such a hot day but thats okay, Being in the water made it feels a lot better and since the water wasn't cold the kids got in and played no problem. They were so brave! It funny cuz in swimming pools they get scared way easier when they are in the deep end but in a lake these kids have no fear. Jacie is already begging to go back so I'm sure we will head back soon!
