We had so much fun the year!! Easter is such a fun holiday and I love being able to go visit my family and my in-laws. The Monday before Easter we colored eggs for FHE and tried to teach Jac the meaning of Easter. SHe kinds got it :) When we ask her why we celebrate Easter she says 'we get to have a party cuz Jesus died' and then we ask her then what happened and she says 'he comed back alive to where he was at' :) She is such a smart little girl!! She seriously loved coloring the eggs and since eggs are one of her favorite foods she ate a couple too :)
We headed up to Idaho on Friday and the kids did so good in the car thankfully!! I am so blessed to have such awesome awesome travelers! We didnt get to Idaho till late so we just talked with my parents for a bit then went to bed. Sat morning we woke and and Jac got to color more eggs which she was so excited about!! My parents gave the kids Easter presents and Boe got a ball and Jacie got a pink fishing pole. They both were real excited :) We went down to the little Easter egg hunt in town and they were a little slow getting started but both kids still liked it and each got a couple eggs.
After the little egg hunt we headed to my Aunts for the biggest Easter egg hunt EVER!! My Aunt is seriously amazing when it comes to Easter. She is so obsessed and plans all year for this one day. I think this year there were 9000 eggs. You read that right 9000 eggs! My kids got so loaded on candy and prizes. It was so much fun!! 
We hung out a little while longer then headed to Utah to see Travs family. It was lots of fun!! Sat we just hung out at their house and the kids were so excited to be there. Sunday morning the kids woke up and were pretty excited to see what the Easter Bunny had left them. Jacie got a dress, a little candy, and a couple outside toys (chalk, bubbles, etc) and Boe got sandals, candy and some outside toys too. Lucky kids! We went to church then back to Trav parents house and had another Easter Egg hunt! By this time Jac was really getting things figured out and she ran all over looking for eggs. It was so fun to watch her. We had a super yummy dinner then hung out and played games the rest of the night.
Monday we had to come back home and once again the kids were awesome! It is so nice to be home again but the kids are already begging to go see everybody again. We cant wait to come up that way again!
