Updated thump pics!!

Boe is a freakin champ.  He has handled this whole thumb ordeal so good and it doesnt even seem to bother him!!  We took him in to get his cast off the Tues before Easter and he was a little nervous but he did great.  The dr was so impressed with how good it was looking (which was so good to hear him say that because it still looked a little yucky to me).  He gave us a quick lesson how to wrap it and gave us instruction to change the wrapping every couple days and sent us on our way!!   We were a little nervous to change it at first but now have it down to a science :)  It is seriously looking so good and we can notice a huge change every time we re wrap it.  We go to the dr again on Friday and we are excited to see what the dr has to say.  The first three pics are from Easter morning and the last two are from yesterday.

The black below his nail is the stitches.  The nail that is on there now is his old nail which will fall off and a new nail will grow on eventually.  It will just take a few months for the new nail to be in.  I am so so so amazed how quickly his thumb is healing and how good it is looking.  The human body is an amazing thing!
