Our April Blizzard!

Yesterday we woke up to a blizzard!! We got so much snow and wind it was ridiculous! I was talking to our neighbor today and he said this is the biggest storm that they have had here in years and years (he is an older man who has lived in this area his whole life)

This is what it looked like out of our front door. That little hill is on our sidewalk.

Back in Idaho and Utah getting this much snow isn't a huge deal but since we have so much wind out here it shut the whole town down. All the roads going in and out of town were closed, all the stores in town were closed, and I heard on the radio that a funeral was being delayed till Monday because of the snow. Crazy!!!

We had a three foot drift at our house but when we were driving around we saw drifts that were as tall as me!

Our cute house with all its snow. Notice how much the snow goes up the further you go right? Our yard is flat so that is all drifted snow.
