Wow I am so behind on this blog!!! It has been a busy summer then our computer broke but now it is better so hopefully I can get all caught up on here!
I love love love the 4th of July!! This was the first year in forever that we have spent it away from our families but it still was lots of fun!! A few days before the 4th they shot off fireworks at one of the casinos here in town so we went down to watch. Jac and Boe loved them!! We taught them to 'ooooh' and 'ahhhh' and by the end of the night they were pros :)
On the 4th I was most excited that Trav didnt have to work! He has been working tons of hours lately so it was so nice that we could have an entire day just to hang out!! We heard there was a parade so we went down to watch it and it was interesting. So different from the parades back home but it was still fun and the kids got some candy so they liked it :) After the parade we hung out at home and went swimming. We had some friends come over for a BBQ that night then went down to watch the fireworks. This town actually does pretty good fireworks! It was lots of fun! We came home and did sparklers in our backyard which the kids loved!!
